
Dr. Suzanne Swietnicki of Northern Montana Medical Group-West in Havre was a guest lecturer at the University of Washington (UW) Medical School in May.
Dr. Swietnicki, an obstetrician/gynecologist in Havre since June of 2004, presented a talk on “Bleeding Disorders in Women” at the May 10th Grand Rounds at the Department of OB/GYN of the UW Medical School.
Grand Rounds is a monthly lecture, at which a speaker is invited to present a talk at the Seattle medical center. Dr. Swietnicki gave her presentation to about 30 physicians, medical students, and providers, at the invitation of Thomas J. Benedetti, M.D., vice-chair of the OB/GYN department at UW. Bleeding disorders in women is a special interest of Dr. Swietnicki’s. She is a speaker for National Hemophilia Foundation.
