For your convenience, we ask that you call ahead for an appointment.
If you must cancel a previously scheduled appointment, we would appreciate it if you could call and let us know. That allows us to re-schedule your appointment and to make your appointment time available to someone who migh be on a waiting list.

Your health and satisfaction as our patient is very important to us! We encourage you to ask questions, make comments and voice your concerns. Please take the time to fill out our Patient Satisfaction Survey. This allows us the opportunity to continually imporve our patient services.

NMHC is a provider for many insurance companies. We accept most insurance plans. Please bring all your insurance cards and a photo ID with you when you come for your appointment.
As a courtesy, NMHC will bill your health insurance if we receive complete billing information from you. Be sure to provide us with updated, accurate personal information, and be patient with us as we confirm this information on each visit.
You will receive monthly statements until your bill is paid in full. Al Northern Montana Hospital, medical office charges and physician/provider services will be billed on the same statement. The statement will include all family members until a child reaches the age of 18.
From time to time, we must adjust our prices based on changes in federal regulations or according to federal direction. If you need information on the current charges of any service, inquire at Business Services, 262-1264. |

Copays' are required at the time of service. Any additional amount due (i.e. deductibles, non-covered services) will be requested at the time of service. We understand that medical expenses often unexpected, and we are willing to work with you. Please ask to speak to one of our Patient Account Representatives.
