We complete a broad range of Nuclear Medicine procedures with the majority of procedures consisting of cardiac testing. The Nuclear Medicine unit is a Philips Dual Head Forte. Nuclear Medicine also provides some therapeutic procedures, primarily for treatment of hyperthyroidism and prostate cancer metastasis. Northern Montana Hospital's Nuclear Medicine Department performs approximately 1,600 exams annually.
