Human Resources is responsible for monitoring and regulating all of Northern Montana Hospital's employment practices. 

The Payroll Department ensures that all employees are paid appropriately and on time.

Employee Health Services is responsible for immunizations, Worker's Compensation, and health and safety.

The Education Department is responsible for house-wide nursing educational in-services, educational updates on new products, coordination of house-wide American Heart Association, and Crisis Intervention Training.
