Northern Montana Care Center promotes the health of its residents by encouraging intergenerational activities between residents and the community. The Community Fitness Park, situated on 5 acres is adjacent to the Care Center. This allows for easy accessibility to the residents and offers a soccer field and girl's softball field for youth activities. Family and friends are encouraged to hold picnics, weddings, reunions and any other types of gatherings in the park. Community support for the project has been outstanding. The Foundation was able to raise $157,000 to make the park a beautiful addition to Havre's Community and Northern Montana Hospital.
