TAKE CONTROL! CLASS SCHEDULE

Diabetes group education classes are held every Wednesday in Conference Room 4B on the 4th floor of Northern Montana Hospital. The classes are delivered in four sessions over four weeks. The patient must be referred by their physician and seen by the diabetes educator for an initial consultation prior to starting group classes.
