Northern Montana Hospital is a 49-bed acute care facility which offers Med-Surg rooms, six (6) ICU/CCU beds, 5 LDRP rooms and Level III 24 hour ER coverage. A 120 bed long-term care facility, with all private rooms, is adjacent to Northern Montana Health Care. You will enjoy working with providers in specialties that include Psychiatry, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Radiology, OB/GYN, Orthopedic and General Surgery, Anesthesia, Podiatry and Pathology, as well as Ophthalmology and Optometry. Physicians Assistants and Nurse Practitioners complement the providers.
Student loan forgiveness may be available through the National Health Service Corps and the State of Montana Incentive program.
Located 45 miles from the Canadian border, Havre, MT is home to outdoor recreation including golfing, hunting, fishing, horseback riding, and camping. Beaver Creek Park is ten minutes away with Glacier National Park just a four hour drive.

We are currently recruiting for the following positions:
We are seeking a full-time Family Practice, MD physician to join our clinical practice. Must be board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine, ACLS certified with PALS certification desired, must be Montana licensed or eligible to apply for Montana medical license.
This position will be hospital employed, attractive two year salary guarantee with subsequent generous productivity based compensation . With the first and second year salary guarantee, physicians may move to production as soon as desired. This position are a combination of inpatient and outpatient care with optional private practice available.

Nurse Practitioner-Pain Medicine
The Pain Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) plans, directs and manages the clinical activities of the Outpatient Pain Management Service. The NP works in conjunction with the Pain Management Team to provide an advanced level of care to patients undergoing pain medicine therapies. Specialty care provided includes initial and follow-up assessments/evaluations, prescribing protocol medications/management modalities and ordering follow-up services. The NP provides pain management education and leads policy and procedure development for this targeted population. The NP monitors patient outcomes and initiates/participates in quality improvement activities. This role serves as a primary liaison for all disciplines and services interfacing with the Pain Clinic.
