Northern Montana Hospital is a 49-bed acute care facility which offers Med-Surg rooms, six (6) ICU/CCU beds, 5 LDRP rooms and Level III 24 hour ER coverage. A 120 bed long-term care facility, with all private rooms, is adjacent to Northern Montana Health Care. You will enjoy working with providers in specialties that include Psychiatry, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Radiology, OB/GYN, Orthopedic and General Surgery, Anesthesia, Podiatry and Pathology, as well as Ophthalmology and Optometry. Physicians Assistants and Nurse Practitioners complement the providers.

Student loan forgiveness may be available through the National Health Service Corps and the State of Montana Incentive program.

We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

Physician Assistant

We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Family Practice Clinic. Will consider strong new graduates and experienced providers. This is an established multi-specialty practice setting. Other providers on site. Schedule will be 8a - 5p, M - F. No call and no weekends. Anticipated patient volume will be 15 - 20. Salary commensurate with experience $75-$85k comprehensive benefit package including vacation, malpractice, health insurance, CME, dental/vision/disability, retirement.

Emergency Room Physician

This position is working in our Level III 24 hour Emergency Room; salary will be based on an hourly wage and hours worked. The physician must be Board Eligible or Board Certified, be ACLS and ATLS certified. PALS certification is desired.

Benefits include malpractice insurance paid by the Hospital, health/dental insurance with hospital paying a portion of premium, life/disability insurance with hospital paying entire premium, paid moving expenses, and $5,000 CME available.

Clinical Psychologist

We are currently searching for a Clinical Psychologist to join our staff. This position will be hospital employed, offering $85,000-$95,000 guaranteed salary for two years, plus additional income potential. With the first and second year salary guarantee, physicians may move to production as soon as desired. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM with daily patient census varying from eight-ten with excellent support from full medical staff. Rotational call is 1:4.

Benefits include a six week allowance for sick/vacation/CME, malpractice insurance paid by the Hospital, health/dental insurance with hospital paying a portion of premium, life/disability insurance with hospital paying entire premium, paid moving expenses, and $5,000 CME available.

Family Practice with OB & Family Practice without OB Physicians

We are seeking two, full-time Family Practice, MD/DO physicians to join our clinical practice. Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine, ACLS certified with PALS certification desired.

These physicians will be hospital employed, offering $215,000-$220,000 guaranteed salary for two years, plus additional income potential. With the first and second year salary guarantee, physicians may move to production as soon as desired. These positions are a combination of inpatient and outpatient care with optional private practice available.

Benefits include a six week allowance for sick/vacation/CME, malpractice insurance paid by the Hospital, health/dental insurance with hospital paying a portion of premium, life/disability insurance with hospital paying entire premium, paid moving expenses, and $5,000 CME available.

Oncologist/Internal Medicine Physician

We are seeking an Oncologist/Internal Medicine physician in Havre, MT, a medically underserved area. Requires M.D. (U.S. or foreign equivalent); completion of residency in Oncology/Internal medicine; must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Oncology/ Internal Medicine; must be MT licensed or eligible to apply for MT medical license.

This position is a combination of inpatient and outpatient care with a move to production at the beginning of the third year. Production formula is very competitive with physicianâ€ââ€Â¢s salary a percentage of gross billings. While the first and second year salary is guaranteed, physicians may move to production as soon as desired.
