Protecting Your Eyes
- Weat sunglasses & wide-brimmed hats
- Take fish oil supplements daily or eat fish two to three times a week
- Eat three or more servings of fruit a day (check with your health care provider if you are diabetic)
- Eat your spinach!
- Walk 30-minutes a day, most days
- Change your make-up every three to six months
- Don't fall asleep in your daily-wear contact lenses
- See your eye-care professional once every two years at least!
