Visiting Nurse Services

Visiting Nurse Services Available for homebound patients who have healthcare needs.

• Visiting Nurse Services are available for homebound patients who have healthcare needs that require the skill of a registered nurse on an intermittent basis.

• A homebound patient is one who finds it difficult and taxing to travel for healthcare, and only leaves their home infrequently because of illness, pain, or mobility problems.

• Services provided by the visiting nurse must be considered reasonable and necessary in regard to the patient's diagnosis (illness or injury) and treatment.

• Payment for visiting nurse service is available through Medicare, Medicaid, and Medicare advantage plans. Patients are responsible for deductibles, co-pays, and non-covered charges in accordance with their insurance plans.

Visiting Nurse Services are available:
Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (closed weekends and holidays)
