Contact Northern Montana Medical Group East 262-1485 or West 262-1791 for more information about Visiting Nurse Services. Or call Sue Phipps at 262-1444.
- Visiting Nurse Services are available for homebound patients who have healthcare needs that require the skill of a registered nurse on an intermittent basis.
- A homebound patient is one who finds it difficult and taxing to travel for healthcare, and only leaves their home infrequently because of illness, pain, or mobility problems.
- Services provided by the visiting nurse must be considered reasonable and necessary in regard to the patient's diagnosis (illness or injury) and treatment.
- Payment for visiting nurse service is available through Medicare, Medicaid, and Medicare advantage plans. Patients are responsible for deductibles, co-pays, and non-covered charges in accordance with their insurance plans.
Visiting Nurse Services are available:
Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (closed weekends and holidays)
For problems that may arise after hours, please call Northern Montana Hospital Emergency Department 406.265.2211 or 911.
